This policy explains how Bluvera LLC (“Bluvera”, “we”, “us”) collects, uses and shares personal information when you visit bluveraplatform.com (the “Site”), contact us, or join an early access program for our products (together, the “Services”).

Information we collect

• Information you give us: your name, email address, company and any details you include when you email us or request early access.
• Information collected automatically: basic technical data such as IP address, browser type, device type, pages viewed and referring site, collected through server logs and privacy-respecting analytics.
• Content you provide in a pilot: if you take part in an early access program, the files, prompts, images or audio you submit so the product can respond to you.

How we use information

• To respond to your messages and manage early access requests.
• To provide, maintain, secure and improve the Services.
• To send product updates you asked for. You can unsubscribe at any time.
• To comply with legal obligations and enforce our terms.

We do not sell personal information. We do not use content you submit in a pilot to train models offered to other customers without your written permission.

How we share information

We share personal information only with:

• Service providers who host, store or process data on our behalf, such as cloud infrastructure, email and AI model providers, under contracts that limit their use of it.
• Authorities or other parties when required by law or to protect the rights, safety or property of Bluvera, our users or others.

Cookies

The Site uses only the cookies needed for it to function and, where enabled, aggregate analytics. You can block cookies in your browser settings; the Site will still work.

Data retention

We keep personal information only as long as needed for the purposes above, or as required by law. Pilot content is deleted within 30 days after a pilot ends unless you ask us to keep it.

Security

We use reasonable technical and organizational measures, including encryption in transit and access controls, to protect personal information. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure.

Your rights

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, delete or export your personal information, or to object to or restrict certain processing. To make a request, email hi@bluveraplatform.com. We will respond within the time required by applicable law and will not discriminate against you for exercising these rights.

International transfers

We are based in the United States and may process information there or in other countries where our service providers operate. Where required, we use appropriate safeguards for these transfers.

Children

The Services are not directed to children under 13 (or under 16 where local law requires), and we do not knowingly collect their personal information.
